Rates

Our rates for 2011:

We require a minimum stay of 2 nights out of season and 5 nights in high season. Rates are for the house and a maximum of 6 adults can stay.

Low Season: R 1, 800.00 per day
High Season: R 2, 200.00 per day
Peak Season: R 2, 600.00 per day

Low Season:
runs from 1st of May until end of September.
High Season:
runs from 1st of October until 15 December,
and the 2nd Monday in January until the end of April.
Peak Season:
runs from 16 December until 2nd Monday in January.

Terms

  • Minimum 2 day stay (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Rates are negotiable depending on the length of your stay.
  • 50% payment of total amount will secure a booking.
  • The remainder is payable 3 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date will result in a 50% loss of your deposit and no shows will result in the loss of your full deposit amount.
  • Banking details available on request.
  • Any breakages are for the guest’s account.
  • No pets please.
  • No smoking in the house (there are several balconies and the patio for smoking).
